Poor quality or shop rotten?

The quality of Ralph Lauren has really gone down hill.I bought 3 tee shirts in May and 2 have developed holes.In all the years I have purchased this brand this is the first time I have got issues and I am not happy.If they did not cost so much I could accept this poor quality or are mine just shop rotten.I would like customer service to help with this but that is asking too much.Just be aware buyers the quality has changed,no idea if manufacturer has changed but it is not good enough.

Such bad customer service

Received an item that was incorrect. Tried online chat to return…only BOT and doesn’t recognise my postcode, although delivery was fine. Email customer service and it comes up with an error and no phone number. So if you make a very expensive purchase they make it almost impossible to return

Employee contradicts themselves

Employee contradicts themselves, claims items without labels are used. Claims Ralph Lauren only sends articles with complete labels. I received two items with (1) completely missing and (1) incomplete labels and was told that those items were new anyway. Which is it? New, returned, or returned but in new condition?

Not necessarily a bad experience, but I expect consistency from a brand like Ralph Lauren. Even though I received "used" clothes according to Ralph Lauren, I am still happy with the clothes. But I will be extra mindful of orders in the future and return every order that is not 100% complete with all labels since that apparently means the items were used.

Ordered online in the European store

Ordered online in the European store. Tracking codes did not work and no good information about when goods would be delivered. Also packaging seemed like they don't care what you order.

I ordered a pack of 3 boxer shorts for my husband the box arrived by UPS but inside the ralph lauren box had been ripped open with nothing inside it i have contacted customer service who say its being investigated i await an update from them in anticipation .

Purchased 100 percent cotton sheets. The worst. After 3 washings they are hard and so wrinkled. Would never buy again

Low quality

Low quality and a joke my parfume dripped out of shipping box half empty and the smell doesn't stay it's like a no name type of parfume

I cannot get a refund for returned items... made several phone calls to customer services... RL make it so complicated... and they cannot answer my questions... is this a scam i am wondering... i am owed over £100... how can i get it back?

A:

I wrote a letter following their directions exactly and they sent back my item and said they couldn't find my account even though I explicitly said the item was a gift. I would never order from them and hope I never receive a gift from them again. I don't think it's a a scam I just think they suck. Try the BBB and/or the International Trade Commission. I just gave my stupid scarf to Goodwill.
